First of all, the space is completely gorgeous and accommodating to larger parties. Christa did an amazing job at selected gowns in the style I was looking for. I fell in love with the designer Made With Love, and I was so happy that Bella Lily Bridal carried the designer! I initially went in not wanting a strapless dress, but the sales associate helping me suggested for me to just give it a try and see what I thought, and to my surprise, I was blown away at how comfortable it was! That wound up being the dress I got married in, and the owner was so sweet in coming over to check in on me while I made my decision to say yes to the dress. I tried on a few more dresses, but kept going back to that one, and I'm thankful they were so accommodating in helping me be thorough about picking the right dress! My husband was speechless on our wedding day and I'm so thankful we went with Bella Lily Bridal!

Wonderful experience. Not rushed, the consultants were so patient, so helpful. They all worked together to help me and gave me an amazing experience. They have drinks and snacks. The personal touches made me feel so welcome and special. Olivia was great! The owner Brenda kept poppin in and out as well and she was so great too. I found the one and they popped champagne for me! (: And even got a Polaroid to take home with their cute sign. 10/10 recommend this place.

Olivia was a huge help in picking out my wedding dress. All of the staff in the store treated us with so much kindness and hyped me up the entire visit. I am so glad I stayed open minded to trying on her recommendations because I ended out purchasing a dress that she suggested. It was entirely different from what I expected to like, but as soon as I put it on I knew it was the one.

I had the pleasure of working with Olivia while looking for my dress. I had such an amazing experience. She was so kind and helpful. She listened to me when I told her what my vision was for the dress. Prior to Bella lily I had horrible experiences. I hate when people try to “sell” something to you. Being told I was beautiful in everything when that’s just not accurate. Olivia was real with me and she knew when I didn’t like something. Instead of trying to make it seem perfect she would go find something else that she thought I might like. I also appreciated how she didn’t pressure me to go outside of budget. I actually found something less than my budget! I have nothing negative to say about Bella lily bridal. Everyone was kind and excited for me to find my dress. She followed up with me and even helped me find a place to get alterations.

Came here on Saturday after going to 4 other bridal stores and trying on over 20 gowns. Olivia and all the girls at Bella Lily Bridal gave me the best experience!! Their dress selection is so unique to all the other boutiques I visited and their customer service was the best. We had gone to 4 different places on my hunt for the perfect wedding dress, but ultimately chose to buy a dress from Bella Lily because of the experience and truly amazing customer service I received. They also have a wide selection of dresses and designers to choose from. The Owner was so sweet, but more importantly, Olivia, my Bridal Consultant, was the absolute best.
