Our Team
An Arizona girl (born and raised) with an affinity for desert living, an obsession with the spiciest food out there, and a deep love for a really good cup of coffee. My happy place? The beach— hello, SoCal. I’m on this adventure with my best friend and biggest hype man (also known as my husband), and together we run a small, family-owned bridal shop built on heart, intention, and genuine connection. Before stepping into the bridal world, I had a slight obsession with that wedding show that shall not be named (you know the one). It was my little TGIF ritual, and at the time, I truly thought that’s what owning a bridal boutique would be like. Many years of experience later, I’ve learned it’s so much more than that. It takes a true love for bridal to continuously offer an elevated, meaningful experience—and that’s exactly how Bella Lily came to be. From day one, I made a commitment to serve brides first—not designers, not vendors, and not the idea of what bridal boutiques are “supposed” to be. We’re about so much more than just selling a dress. We’re here to help you find your dream dress, bring your vision to life, and celebrate your full bridal dream. I know that magical feeling of slipping into a gown and thinking, this is the one, and my goal has always been to make that moment even more unforgettable.
I grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to Arizona when I was 19, where I started working at Bella Lily — and I’ve been here ever since! With nearly nine years in the industry, I genuinely love getting to celebrate big moments with our brides, and helping them feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated while finding a look that reflects their personal style. I’ve always loved fashion, and when I’m not at the boutique I enjoy sewing and designing in my free time. You’ll also find me outdoors hiking or running — I really appreciate any chance to get outside and Arizona sunshine is hard to beat! Over the past few years I’ve also gotten into sourdough baking and now run a small home bakery on the side. If I need a pick-me-up, I’m grabbing a Dr Pepper. My go-to pump-up song is “Glamorous” by Fergie. And if I had a totally free weekend, I’d probably spend it outside being active, or in the kitchen making something yummy, and definitely save a little time to relax at home with my pups!
Hi! My name is Janina and I have worked in bridal for about 2 years but have lived in the bridal world all my life growing up in a large Romanian community. Finding the perfect dress is like trying to pieces together to a riddle until we get the right answer, or the perfect dress! I have been married for 5 years, I have 3 kids, and all before turning 30! My go to snack is definitely either chick fil a ice cream or takis from trader Joe's! Songs that get me pumped up are any 2010s hits! Young JB, Usher, the JoBros, but honestly any worship is my go to. If I ever had a free weekend with no responsibilities I would start it off with lots of sleeping and shopping, and a trip to a relaxing beach somewhere!
Hi loves! I’m Dana. I fell in love with bridal after finding my own wedding dress and wanted to help others have that same magical experience. I’ve been a bridal stylist for over two years, helping brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of honor look and feel their absolute best on the big day. I'm originally from the Midwest, but so happy to be back in Arizona, bringing a little Midwest charm to every appointment. I also work in marketing, which means I love combining creativity and strategy to make every experience special. When I’m not helping clients find their dream looks, you can find me exploring Arizona, hanging out with my husband Mike and our pups, Crue Ella and Derby, or volunteering with Best Buddies Arizona. I’m excited to help every bride feel confident, radiant, and celebrated! What is your " I need a little treat" snack? My favorite treat is french fries or Cinnabon cheesecake. I can have both, right? What would you say your go to intro song to get you pumped up? Do It Like This by Daphne Willis. If you had a free weekend with zero responsibilities, how would you spend it? I would be at Disneyland in a heartbeat!
Originally from Northern California, I relocated to Arizona to be closer to family and quickly found my place in the bridal world. I joined the Bella Lily team in 2022 bringing a calm, reassuring presence (and a little humor) to every appointment. The most meaningful part of my role is witnessing the special moments between a bride and their loved ones. I’ll admit if there are tears in the room, there’s a good chance I’m blinking a few away too. A creative soul at heart, I have dabbled in just about every art form but sewing and drawing are my therapy. I married my high school sweetheart in 2018 and in 2025 we welcomed our baby girl. Being a mom is my new favorite role! -My “I need a little treat” snack is donuts. I love all kinds but jelly filled is my guilty pleasure. -A song that always gets me pumped up is Born This Way by Lady Gaga! -If I had a free weekend with zero responsibilities I would take a camping trip with my family.
Hi I’m Aileen! I’m born and raised here in Phoenix. I’ve been a bridal stylist for over 3 years, it never gets old helping brides find their dream dress! I’ve always loved fashion ever since my grandma taught me to sew and my love grows for it everyday. When I’m not helping brides find “the one”, I’m probably spending time with my boyfriend. We are high school sweethearts and we love trying new foods and playing video games together! When I want to wind down, I love going on walks with my dog, Honey, and listening to my favorite music. Every day is a great day when you’re a bridal stylist!! What is your “I need a little treat” snack? My go to treat is an iced golden eagle from Dutch Bros! I love a good pick me up that’s not too sweet! What is your go to intro song to get you pumped up? My go to pump up song is Just A Girl by No Doubt! It’s also my go to karaoke jam :) If you had a free weekend with zero responsibilities, how would you spend it? I would love to spend the weekend at Disneyland with my friends!! I love eating all the fun foods and taking lots of cute photos in Fantasyland!
Hi, I’m Anabelle! I recently graduated from Arizona State University with my bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business and have always wanted to work in bridal. I’ve always been drawn to it because it truly is its own separate world. Finding Bella Lily felt like the perfect fit — I love connecting with brides, understanding their style, and creating an experience where they feel authentic, confident, and beautiful as their vision comes to life. Being part of such a meaningful moment is what makes this role so special to me. My go-to “little treat” is popcorn with Crunch it’s the perfect combination and only way to watch a movie! My go-to pump up song will always be anything by SZA or Karol G. If I had a completely free weekend, I’d probably spend it thrifting and adding too many pieces to my already overflowing closet, or on the couch with my dog most likely rereading my favorite fantasy series.
My name is Jessica. I’m originally from Burbank California which is where I got my love for all things Disney, but I grew up mostly in Gilbert Arizona. I work full time at ASU Gammage so that I am able to support my chi-weenie Schnitzel and watch all of the broadway shows! I have 6 nieces and nephews that I love to death! My favorite day of the year is my BIRTHDAY!!! My go-to “little treat” is an iced latte and a pastry (because retail runs of caffeine and sugar)! My intro song? Something loud, confident and dance-around-the-room worthy. A responsibility free weekend would include brunch, naps, target runs I don’t need and doing absolutely whatever sounds fun in the moment. Basically, I’m here to bring good vibes, honest opinions and lots of “OMG this is THE ONE!” moments.
Hi, I’m Olivia! I love brunch, farmers markets, and coffee shop exploring. I also live for cozy nights in with takeout and my current tv show obsession :) “I need a little treat” snack: Takis and a crisp Dr Pepper Go-to pump-up song: Midnight Sun – Zara Larsson Dream free weekend: A road trip to California with slow morning walks, a beach day, brunch, and trying new coffee shops!
