Yes. You might be wondering, “Why do I need an appointment to shop for my dress? Can’t I just rollin' like I’m shopping at Target?” Not quite! Our stylists need time to prep, pamper, and pull the perfect gowns just for YOU! Plus, we want to make sure you get our undivided attention and deserve VIP treatment, darling!

To make your bridal appointment a breeze, make sure you bring nude undergarments (yes, they’re a must~this isn’t a “let’s go commando” kind of fitting!), a Pinterest board, or some inspo pics are always helpful and come with an open mind-you might surprise yourself with a style you didn’t expect!

Please arrive right on time for your appointment! We often have other lovely brides scheduled, so arriving early might mean a bit of a wait. Running more than 15 minutes late? We might have to release your spot to keep things moving smoothly. We can't wait to help you find "the one!”

When you arrive, prepare for a warm welcome from our fabulous stylists who are basically dress whisperers and are ready to be your bridal bestie!! You and your guest will be escorted to your private suite -- no peeking from other brides, just pure you-time! And don’t worry about being overwhelmed by our 400+ wedding dresses; your stylist will handpick options just for you, so you can kick back and relax. Think of it like a dress-tasting menu, where you get to enjoy all the best picks without any of the stress.

Here's the tea--wedding dresses take 4-6 months to arrive. So unless you are planning a "Race to the Altar" reality show (which could be fun but stressful), we recommend you start shopping 9-12 months before your big day. That way there is plenty of time for your dress to arrival and alterations for those final touches.

 

But hey, we know life happens and now you're shopping for your dress a little closer to your wedding date, we've got your back!! We'll work our magic and help you find a fabulous dress...think of it like a bridal fashion treasure hunt. So don't stress, we will do our best to make sure you walk down the aisle looking absolutely stunning!

Keep it intimate! We recommend and can accommodate up to 4 guests. You know, just enough to have a mini-committee but not enough for a bridal debate club.

We are a cozy and intimate boutique with limited seating to make your experience feel a bit more personal.

As much as we love kiddos, we kindly ask you to leave the little ones at home (sorry, no flower girls just yet!) Our space is not child-proof AND you will want all focus to be on YOU during this moment.

Why do we always need alterations? Simple! Dresses are made to a pattern and let's face it, no one's "perfect pattern" size, We take your measurements to order the right size, but alterations are like the final touch-up-think of them as a little fairy dust that makes the dress fit you just right. So, no worries if it's not a perfect fit at your pick up; alterations will make it fit so good, even your dress will be saying "Wow, you look amazing!"

 

We don't have a fairy godmother on staff for in-house alterations (as much as we wish we did!), so we don't offer those services ourselves. But don't stress! We'll provide you with a list of local and talented tailors who can work their magic to make your dress fit like a dream. Just think of it as a little extra adventure on the way to your big day!

So let's talk about the big "YES" moment (and no, we're not talking about your fiance this time). When you fall in love with the dress, be ready to say yes and secure it with a deposit!! Think of it like putting a ring on your dress-only this time, you're proposing!

We accept two forms of payment (credit cards and cash). We require a 60% deposit to order most of our wedding gown and the remaining 40% balance is due upon arrival of your gown at our boutique. A credit card is required to be left on file if paying the 60% deposit.

Dresses sold “off the rack” must be paid in full.

Please note since our gowns are special order, we do not allow refunds, cancellations, exchanges or returns.

While we know wedding planning can work up an appetite and we totally understand the love for Starbucks on the go, food or drinks are not allowed in our boutique...so no BYOB. Let your family and friends know!


But don’t be bummed, we have some sweets here in the boutique as well as several great restaurants including a cute little coffee shop in our place. And bubbly is always ready for your “I said YES” celebration!!


Upgrade your bridal appointment to a VIP experience! If you'd like to add a little something extra—think bubbly, snacks, and some extra pampering—we've got you covered. Just let us know, and we'll make sure your dress shopping is as special as you are!

Not officially, but sometimes we do have a few gowns that can go home with you that day! We usually prefer to order a new dress in your size to make sure it's just right. If you're in a bit of a hurry, we'll check with our designers for in- stock options or rush delivery. We'll work our magic to get you that dream dress!
